First of all , let me just say , I love these people. Brenard came out last night and it was hot. My air conditioner wasn't working. I had recently purchased one from him, and he was there and fixed it in a Jiffy. There wasn't really that much wrong with it, but he knew exactly what was wrong, and he went right to it, but the kicker? It was his birthday! I didn't expect him to come out on this birthday. That's a way it's successful companies and entrepreneurs do business by building strong relationships with their clients. Highly highly recommended!
