The experience with the service has been GRRRRREEEEAAT! The young man Lance was efficient, professional, & friendly. His customer service skills was and is greatly appreciated. I'll be praying for him to continue to be a blessing to the future of people he comes in contact with🙏🏾✝️ He's VERY patient and has integrity. He's also VERY respectful with the elderly, I know because I'm one of them😁......he's a keeper, for sure!!!

David Services, Inc. has been servicing our A/C and Heating systems for years. Lance and Bernard are two of the finest men I know. They are terrific at the job and pleasant to be around. I would recommend then highly. They know their business and always show up on time and whenever you need them!

I am so happy that we still have companies in the business like this one! Kudos to you, David's Service! I commend you on your great customer service, knowledge, and patience (for us that know nothing about HVAC). And most of all your honesty. You did a service call systems and told me what I knew to be true AND had been procrastinating on taking care of. After explaining what needed to be done as well as the cost and timeframe it would take to have done....you came back within the week to provide me with a new furnace and ac unit! Oh did I mention the intake duct that was recommended so that my ac unit wouldn't have to work so hard this summer! 😀 Mr. David said he would arrive by 7a and yes, he was there probably around 655a! Ready to work. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome and would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

We have used David Services several times in the last two years and we give them 5 stars. We had two incidents where our AC stopped working. 1st time all that was needed was to reset the breaker on the inside unit. He stayed for at least 30 to 45 min to make sure everything was working properly. 2nd time it was the fan on the inside unit was dead. It was a Saturday morning and he had to drive all the way to Carrollton by 12 o’clock before they closed to pick up a replacement fan. Then came back and fixed our AC. Bernard has come to our house every time. He is very knowledgeable and honest. We feel comfortable and confident with his work. We are lucky to have found a great AC company.

They took the time to explain the different types of condensers and furnaces and their proposal included various options from the top of the line system down to the more economical options. It was the height of the summer, and our AC went out. Oh, did I say it was also 9PM? In any case we couldn’t sleep in that heat. I called David services and they had their #1 man out there in 90 minutes! He fixed everything and we slept in our own home. It was definitely worth it. Bernard David and his team (family) are top-flight in my book. Highly recommended. Good people!
