Brenard David & Sharon David
Brenard David
Brenard David is an experienced HVAC professional, educator, and business owner with a career spanning more than four decades. He began his career after graduating from Texas State Technical Institute in 1980 with a certificate of completion in air conditioning and refrigeration mechanics. After gaining several years of hands-on experience with multiple HVAC contractors, he continued his education at Texas State Technical College, where he earned an Associate of Applied Science in Air Conditioning Technology in April 2003. In 1992, Brenard joined the Dallas Independent School District, where he worked in the centrifugal air conditioning department and the energy management systems department. In May 1998, with the support of his partner, Sharon David, he co-founded David Services Incorporated. In September 2003, he became an HVAC instructor, teaching commercial air conditioning and advanced air conditioning controls. Committed to professional growth, Brenard continues to attend training throughout the year to stay current with advancing technologies in the HVAC industry. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and vegetable gardening.
Sharon David
Sharon David is a business‑minded professional with a strong foundation in operations, customer service, and small‑business development. After attending Cedar Valley and El Centro College for business, she played a key role in helping her husband establish and grow their HVAC company in 1998. As a mother of two, she balances family values with a commitment to hard work and long‑term success.
Lance David
Lance David is an experienced HVAC professional with more than 20 years in the heating and air conditioning industry. A graduate of Red Oak High School, Lance completed his studies there in 2001 before continuing his technical education at Cedar Valley College, where he specialized in HVAC and graduated in 2003.
Since completing trade school, Lance has dedicated his career to working with David Services, building a reputation for dependable service, strong technical knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Over the years, he has gained extensive hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for residential and commercial systems.
As a husband and father of four, Lance values hard work, integrity, and providing reliable service to the community. His long-term industry experience and dedication to quality workmanship continue to make him a trusted professional in the HVAC field.
Alesha David
Alesha David is a funny, outgoing, and creative spirit with a deep passion for music, art, and storytelling. A proud graduate of Red Oak High School (2007), she went on to earn her Pharmacy Technician degree with honors from TSTC Waco in 2013. She later expanded her expertise through Navarro College and Cedar Valley College, earning multiple certifications in business management.
After a successful 12‑year career as a pharmacy technician, Alesha is now stepping into a new chapter as the Office Manager for her family’s HVAC business. Driven, eager, and full of vision, she is excited to grow in this role with the long‑term goal of leading the company into its next generation.
